The Exchange Club Honors Detective Mark Vogelzang

Detective Mark Vogelzang is honored by the Exchange Club of Champaign as the Champaign Police Department’s “2011 Officer of the Year.” The event took place at an annual recognition luncheon, held on April 2, 2012, at O’Charley’s restaurant.
