Park Avenue and New Street Intersection Closure

As part of the City’s 2024 Infrastructure Maintenance Project, A&A Concrete will be closing the intersection of Park Avenue and New Street between Church Street and University Avenue. The work will begin on Monday, July 1, 2024, and the closure is expected to last four to six weeks, weather permitting.


Anthony Drive Road Closure (between Dobbins Drive and Campbell Drive)

White Construction will close Anthony Drive between Dobbins Drive and Campbell Drive. Eastbound and westbound Anthony Drive traffic will be detoured in the area.  The closure will begin on Tuesday, June 26, and will be reopened on Friday, June 28, 2024, weather permitting. Access will be maintained to all local properties.


Annual Paving Project – Country Fair Drive and Kenwood Road

Mattis Avenue Lane Closure (between Sangamon Drive and Alton Drive)

In order to complete a tree removal, JT’s Tree Service will close one northbound lane of Mattis Avenue between Sangamon Drive and Alton Drive.  The closure will occur on Thursday, June 20, 2024, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 4 p.m.  During the closure, northbound traffic will be reduced to one lane.
