There have been 54 properties acquired in Bristol Place; 23 residents have been relocated, and 15 properties have been demolished with 10 properties under contract. The Bristol Neighborhood has been very busy with demolitions this week. Miller Enterprises started demolishing two properties and C.E.R.E, a new contractor, also began demolition on two properties in Bristol Place.
On Monday, May 30, there was a fire at one of the Town Center Apartment buildings. The fire heavily damaged the entire building rendering it unfit for human habitation.
