Taylor Thomas Closing

The final home in the Taylor Thomas Subdivision has been sold to a homebuyer. NPD and Legal staff attended the home closing on July 24th to transfer the property. HOME funds were used to assist both Habitat for Humanity of Champaign County with construction costs and the homebuyer with down payment assistance.
