Champaign Police Lieutenant Brad Yohnka retired on July 12, 2012 after 25 ½ years of service to the Police Department. Retired Lieutenant Yohnka took a day off and started in his new position as the Customer Service Representative for the City’s Public Works Department on July 16.

Sixteen area youth attended the Police Department Youth Police Academy during the week of June 25, 2012.
