Fourth Street

Last week, we were able to construct approximately 2255 LF of Fourth Street before the rains stopped the paving operations. Stark Excavating was able to complete the final 1790 LF of the southbound lane of Fourth Street on Tuesday. Stark Excavating will now begin working on connecting the Fourth Street pavement to St. Mary’s Road….
