The Zoning Board of Appeals is a hearing board for appeals of decisions made by the City’s Zoning Administrator. The Board is a quasi-judicial board and such renders decisions regarding appeals not subject to the review of Council.
The Board has seven members that are appointed by the Mayor with the approval of Council for five-year terms.
