Finance Department Divisions

Accounting Division

For FOIA requests:

The Accounting Division provides services including financial reporting, payroll, coordinates the annual external audit, performs and/or manages banking transactions and manages grants.

Administrative Services Division

For FOIA requests:

The Administrative Services Division provides services including customer services, collections, business licensing and invoicing, parking cash key sales and parking ticket citation payments processing.

Budget Division

For FOIA requests:

The Budget Division provides various financial services including budget preparation and execution, preparing the annual tax levy and Accounts Payable.

City Clerk – Records Management

For Freedom of Information Act questions or requests:

The Records Management Division provides records management services to City Departments; and performs the statutory responsibilities of the City Clerk including minute preparation of City Council meetings, updating the municipal code, conducting bid openings,  serving as the local election official,  and serving as the Freedom of Information Act officer for Administrative Departments.
