CGTV’s Awards & Recognitions

CGTV is proud to have earned national recognition for various City-produced programs over the years.  Here are some of our accomplishments:

2013 Honorable Mention Award from NATOA2013 – Honorable Mention

for CGTV Online.  Awarded by the National Association of Telecommunications Officer and Advisors in the Government Station Web Site category.

for “Champaign: So Much to Do, So Much to Love”.  Awarded by the National Association of Telecommunications Officer and Advisors in the Event/Program Promotion (budget under $300,000) category.

2011 - Honorable Mention

for “Champaign Connection“.  Awarded by the National Association of Telecommunications Officer and Advisors in the Interview/Talk Show (budget under $200,000) category.

2011 – First Place

for “Champaign Fire: Ready to Serve“.  Awarded by the Alliance for Community Media (ACM) in the Government Profile category (Professional Division).

2010 - Honorable Mention

for “Champaign Fire Department:  Ready to Serve“.  Awarded by the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA) in the Profile City/County Department category (budget under $100,000).

2009 – Honorable Mention

2008 – Honorable Mention
