Zoning Ordinance
The Zoning Ordinance is chapter 37 of the City of Champaign’s Municipal Code. Though the municipal code is available online, the Zoning Ordinance may sometimes change quickly, yet take a few months to have updated on the municipal code site, which is not maintained by City staff. When in doubt, please contact City staff to reference the most up-to-date version of the Zoning Ordinance.

The Online Zoning Map provides information regarding incorporated areas of the City of Champaign including detailed section maps with descriptions of how those areas are zoned.
