TIPS Training Registration For classroom training, use the form below. For online training, choose from the following: On-Premise Training Off-Premise Training Champaign Police Department Alcohol Enforcement Unit TIPS Server Training All classes are from 5:00 pm until 10:00 pm. Classes held at the Champaign Police Department, 82 E University Ave., 3rd floor training room, from 5p to 10p. Fee is $30 and payable to CUPHD the night of class. You may register for only one TIPS class at a time. If you fail to attend the same class two times your employer will be notified and registration will only be authorized after consultation with your employer. Registration for each class must be at least 3 business days prior to the date of the class. You may cancel your registration up to 7 business days prior to the date of the class. Upon successful completion of the class, you will receive a 3-year certification.
