The Champaign Police Department has created this form to provide a convenient method for citizens to report ongoing traffic concerns. These concerns might involve:
- speeding
- speeding in school zones
- pedestrian traffic issues
- other reoccurring problems with a traffic component
Isolated problems should be monitored, or reported to the Police Department when they occur.
Engineering issues that involve changes to signage or speed limits should be addressed through the Public Works Department.
