Street Snow Removal
The Public Works Department is responsible for providing snow and ice control for the City’s parking lots, 290 miles of streets, and 215 cul-de-sacs. To help provide this service, the City has developed a Snow and Ice Control Plan.

Sidewalk Snow Removal
Property owners within the City’s University District and Downtown Business District are required to remove snow from sidewalks after at least two (2) inches of accumulation and also after accumulations of ice, sleet, or freezing rain.
