This option is only available to current Downtown or East Side individual permit holders. To purchase a new Downtown/East Side permit, please call the Parking Programs office at 217-403-7050.

Current 2009-10 University District permit holders can purchase a permit for 2010 Summer or the 2010-11 Academic Year.

2010-11 University District Permit Request List

Sign up here to get on the list for a 2010-11 University District academic year parking permit ONLY if you are NOT a current 2009-10 permit holder. You will be notified by the Parking Programs Office via email or the mailing address provided when you are eligible to purchase a permit. Placement on the list does not guarantee you a parking space. Attention Current 2009-10 Permit Holders: Do NOT place your name on the wait list. Go to the Academic Year Permits page for permit renewal instructions.
