H1N1 Vaccination Plan for this week
This week C-U Public Health District will be holding walk-in clinics for all kids who need either their first vaccine or their booster dose on Monday-Friday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at our Kenyon Road Facility.
On Friday from 1:00-7:00 CUPHD will be holding a vaccination clinic for all persons under 25 years of age
We will also be at Parkland College from 9:00-2:00 for persons under 25 years of age. No appointment is necessary. Vaccinations are free to everyone. You do not need to live in Champaign County to receive the H1N1 vaccine at our facility.
CUPHD and Carle Clinic will be collaborating to open:
Public Clinics on Saturday and Sunday for persons 25- 64 years old (with underlying health conditions) and everyone 24 and under.
Saturday H1N1 Clinic is a drive-through from 9:00-3:00 at Champaign-Urbana Public Health District, 201 W. Kenyon Road.
Sunday H1N1 Clinic will be a walk-in clinic at Lincoln Square Mall in Urbana from noon until 6:00 PM.
Our office is located a 201 W. Kenyon Road in Champaign. Our facility is on Kenyon Road located at the southwest corner of Neil Street and I-74.
