Email Subscription Vine Street News Conference
On December 8th City of Champaign Officials held a news conference in response to the Investigative Report released by States Attorney Julia Reitz. The report was regarding the officer-involved shooting that occurred at 906 W. Vine Street on Friday, October 9, 2009 in which Kiwane Carrington lost his life.
