Email Subscription 120 North First Street Renovation Update
The renovation of 120 North First Street has begun. On March 7th staff extended the Redevelopment Incentive Program grant agreement for the project with a completion date of September of this year. The first step is demolishing an old rear addition and constructing a new addition. The demolition of the old addition has begun and the new addition must be complete by May 15th according to Mr. Davidson’s RIP extension agreement.
