RFP for Senior Minor Home Repair Program Management Services

The City of Champaign is seeking proposals to manage a Senior Minor Home Repair program. The program will pay for both the costs due the contractor who performs the construction work and an administrative fee to the person or agency selected to manage the program for completed rehab projects. The agency’s responsibilities will include screening program applicants for eligibility and monitoring the construction contractors for quality of work.

Rehabilitation of approximately 18,316 lineal feet of existing sanitary and storm sewers by
sewer lining using a “trenchless” technique of cured-in-place sewer liner. Sewers range in size
