Email Notice

However, sometimes email clients mistakenly classify the email as spam, filing it away in a spam or junk mail folder. Gmail is particularly bad about this. While the City will try to find out what it is about the messages that is classifying them as spam, this is ultimately beyond the City’s control.

RFP for the Purchase of AVL/GPS Units and Related Hardware

The City of Champaign Public Works Department is soliciting proposals for the purchase of GPS/AVL units for its Public Works snow and leaf sweeping operational fleet. The City intends to establish a three-year service agreement with the vendor who best-meets the City’s AVL program goals.

RFP for Audit Services

Invitation to Bid on the 2015 Sewer Rehabilitation Project

March 1, 2015 8:00 am to March 16, 2015 10:00 am

Installation and rehabilitation of various sewer and drainage infrastructure, including installation and repair of manholes and inlets, installation and repair of pipes, ditch grading, channel erosion repair, backfilling, removal and installation of pavement surfaces and other related work required to complete the project. The project consists of thirteen separate repair locations throughout the City. The project also includes emergency sewer repairs, which may occur at anytime during the project time frame. Emergency repairs will be performed on a time and material basis.

Bid for the 2015 Storm Sewer Cleaning and Televising Project

This Project calls for hydraulic water jet cleaning, root cutting and inspecting/televising of City storm sewers (6-inch to 60-inch) and cleaning manholes and inlets. Disposal of removed debris from the sewers and manholes is also a part of the the project. There are three parts to this Contract: Phase 1, Phase 2/Diagnostic services, and Vacuum Cleaning 11-foot Diameter Storm Sewers.

Invitation to Bid on the Green Street South Alley Improvements Project

The proposed improvements are generally located on the alley south of Green Street between First Street and Third Street in the City of Champaign, in Champaign County, Illinois. The alley will be improved for a distance of 858.3 feet.

Project consists of demolition of driveways, sidewalks, and other miscellaneous items; construction of alley with aggregate base and concrete pavement, sidewalks, driveways, landscaping, traffic control, and other miscellaneous items.
