However, sometimes email clients mistakenly classify the email as spam, filing it away in a spam or junk mail folder. Gmail is particularly bad about this. While the City will try to find out what it is about the messages that is classifying them as spam, this is ultimately beyond the City’s control.

RFP for the Purchase of City-owned property at 301 North First Street

The City of Champaign, Illinois is seeking interest from potential buyers for the purchase and reuse of city-owned property located at 301 North First Street. In 1992 the City acquired this property for use as a Police Evidence Storage Facility which the city ended in 2009. The City is now accepting proposals to purchase and reuse the property. It is the goal of this Request for Proposals to identify potential buyers for the property with the intent to reuse the building in a way that contributes to overall business activity on North First Street and is complimentary to nearby neighborhoods.

RFP for Environmental Consulting Services

The City is seeking the services of a Environmental Consultant to evaluate an anticipated application by Clinton Landfill, Inc. to the DeWitt County Board for Local Siting Approval in accordance with Section 39.2 of the Illinois Environmental Protection Act of a chemical waste landfill facility in DeWitt County and to provide expert opinion testimony at the public hearing for review of that application.

Request for Letters of Interest for Professional Engineering Services on Three UIUC Projects

October 24, 2014 10:21 am to November 12, 2014 4:00 pm

The City is seeking Letters of Interest to provide professional engineering services for three projects on the University of Illinois campus. The projects are a collaborative effort between the City and the University of Illinois and are funded by State funding administered through the Illinois Department of Transportation. The projects will implement complete street elements consistent with the City’s and University’s complete streets policy. State Motor Fuel Tax (MFT) guidelines and procedural requirements will apply.
